Are your vessels reusable?
Yes, our candle vessels are designed to be reusable. Once the candle has burned completely, you can easily clean the container by removing any remaining wax and washing it with warm, soapy water. We encourage sustainability and believe in giving our vessels a second life.
In addition, we offer refillable candle options, where you can simply purchase a wax refill to restore your candle. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can remake the candle for you with your choice of fragrance and wax. Please feel free to reach out for more details on these options!

Do you offer bulk orders for businesses or events?
Absolutely! We offer bulk ordering for corporate gifts, weddings, parties, or other special events. Customization options for scent, labeling, and packaging are available. Please reach out to us for a quote and further details.

I can't smell my candle can you make it stronger?
Thank you for your feedback! Our candles have been carefully crafted with the highest possible fragrance oil load to ensure optimal scent throw. Unfortunately adding more fragrance oil can affect the candle's burn quality, stability and even safety.

Can I customize a candle scent?
Yes! We offer custimization options for our candles and fragrances. If you have a specific fragrance in mind that we don't currently carry, we'd be happy to try and source it for you.
Please note that special orders for custom fragrances may require additional processing time (typically 7-10 business days). This allows us to procure the requested fragrance and ensure it meets our quality standards.

When will my order be shipped?
Keep in mind that all items are made to order. Typical processing times range from 2-5 days for retail orders and 5-10 days for wholesale orders.
